Plane information: Some of the aircraft of WWII include the British Spitfire, the Messerschmitt Me 109, Focke-Wulf Fw 190 which were successful German aircraft, American P51 Mustang and the Soviet Union Mig. The world's first commercial jet airplane was the De Havilland Comet. This aircraft was in service with BOAC in the early 1950's.
