Military information: There is a nursery rhyme about war, it is called the Grand Old Duke of York, the general could only command his men to march up and down a hill. During the 1940's composite armour was developed. Automatic rifles and light machine guns arrived at the beginning of the 20th century. The British Army's Challenger 2 main battle tank uses composite armour.
