Bodiam Castle is located by the river Rother in East Sussex, England. This castle was built in the year 1385. Sir Edward Dalyngrigge lived here and his coat of arms can be seen on the gatehouse. This castle which can be visited is located in a beautiful countryside setting. There is a steam railway run by Kent and East Sussex Railway that travels from Tenterden to Bodiam. A visit to this castle is a great day out.
